File a 2024 calendar year income tax return (Form 1120) and pay any tax, interest, and penalties due. This due date applies only if you timely requested an automatic 6-month extension. Otherwise, see Corporations under April 15, earlier.
December 15 Corporations. Deposit the fourth installment of estimated income tax for 2025.

- E-file with direct deposit: usually less than three weeks.
- E-file requesting a paper check: longer than a direct deposit.
- Paper return by mail: typically six to eight weeks for a paper check.
